Have
you every had a computer question or problem and just wanted someone to come over
to your house to show you HOW;
HOW to load software that has been on the shelf for months
HOW to stop that program from loading every time your machine turns on
HOW to use that software you got for your birthday
HOW to get rid of that error message
HOW to scan those pictures of the kids
HOW to get on the Internet and use it effectively
HOW to edit that 8-hour videotape of that vacation to California
HOW to pick the right computer and accessories for you and
your family
These and many other HOW TO questions are the purposes
of deBug-it. We are the helping hand for residential
consumers with ALL of their computer needs. We are the
ultra friendly service company who comes to YOU, and
no question is too small or any problem too big.
deBug-it does offer drop-off service at all of its locations
as an option to the customer. We would rather come to
YOU, and we will. If there is a problem and we cannot fix
it in your home, WE will do all the transporting of the
unit. We also offer fee-based services to assist you. If you
do have a warranty with another company, we will do
all of the legwork for you.
In any of these scenarios sound familiar you are definitely due for a visit by
deBug-it.
After waiting on hold for 42 minutes you get a technician on the phone who is
asking complicated technical questions and giving confusing guidance, resulting
in wasted time and rarely a solved problem.
You have a warranty, but you have to disconnect and transport your computer to
them for any type of support. Upon arriving at the super store with your heavy
computer under your arm, you find yourself waiting in line. Once reaching the
front, sometime later, the teenage clerk tells you that you didn't bring all the
correct parts or documentation, and you will have to come back later.
You decide to buy your first or second (and maybe even your third) computer, and
you go to your local computer store. Does the sales person throw more letters
and acronyms (RAM, GIG, SCSI) at you then you can find in alphabet soup? After
selecting what you want, (but not exactly what you need) that same salesperson
forces up the price with extended service contracts and "must have" devices and
software. You leave the store with an upset stomach and pay twice as much as expected.
Then, you have to set it up yourself.
